Coming Out of the Dark is an truthful and transparent story of how my friend, Mary, decided to put all her trust in our Savior and let Him lead her into the life of service God had planned for her. Everyone who reads it is blessed by her openness and honesty about her journey. It was especially helpful to the incarcerated juvenile girls I work with because it gives them hope that they were not alone in their journey toward the light. It is a book for anyone who has ever been depressed or knows someone who is in a depression. It gives us insight that no matter who you are, or what you might have done, God is there waiting for us to claim His promises.
